Well hello there! Thanks for dropping by! My name is Tracey Lynn Tobin, and you’ve stumbled onto my blog!
I’m a self-published author and writer of various genres of fiction, who moonlights as an industrial instrumentation technician (tradeswoman, for short). I’m happily married to the man who turned me into a zombie-maniac, and we have a three-year-old daughter who is already more into superheroes than I could ever hope to be. When I’m not working on my blog, I’m writing mainly in the horror and fantasy genres, but I’ve also been known to dabble in supernatural, sci-fi, and even a little bit of romance. On the blog I discuss everything from my writing process, to the wonderful world of parenting, to my goals and aspirations, and whatever happens to spark my interest at any given time. My ultimate desire? To become a successful fiction author and spend my life writing awesome books.
Want to know a little more? Here you go!
I nominated you for a Kreativ Blogger Award if you want it! You are very talented! Love your blog! http://amyauthorblog.com/ is where I mention you, it’s the most recent post as of 5 pm Friday, April 6th!
I nominated you for a Liebster award, hope that’s ok

But of course that’s okay! π Thank you very much!
Glad to do it!
I must admit that it surprises me that you haven’t already published at least one book already. Your blog is awesome!
Awww, thanks so much! That comment really brightened my day, seriously. π
I had an idea. Well, to keep it short, I get about a million visits per year, and I love your blog. I think that you have replied to a lot of my comments. So, I’ll link to your blog from my commercial blog if you promise to link back by adding a blogroll or adding my blog to a list of links. So far, I have linked to only 4 other blogs, so you will surely get a lot of traffic and attention. π
Thomas, that would be absolutely amazing. I’d actually be thinking about adding a links page to my blog because there are a few gem sites that I’ve wanted to share, and I would be very happy to link to yours because it is definitely on my list of some of the best artist sites out there. π
Thank you for taking part in Project O Tracey and for taking the time to interact back with the commenters. I appreciate your participation and I hope you got something from the project! -OM
Thanks for having the project! It was really quite interesting, and I enjoyed talking with those who commented on my contribution. π
Thank you I am glad you enjoyed it!

I nominated you for the Liebster award.

Thanks hon! I saw this a while back but it came right before my father in law had his heart attack so I never got around to accepting it. I’m hoping to do my acceptance this Monday if you’re interested. π
You’re welcome! π
Hello, Tracey. This is not an award, but a blog hop. I’ve tagged you for this blog hop, and it’s about the writing process. Check out my post here: http://ireadencyclopedias.wordpress.com/2014/04/27/my-writing-process-blog-hop/
No pressure to do this, though π
Thanks for the tag, Jay! I wasn’t able to get to this hop right away because I had a couple of things planned ahead of time for right after the A to Z Challenge, but I’ve answered the questions and will be posting it sometime next week. π
I look forward to reading it!
[…] No Page Left Blank: I found a lot to relate to with Author Tracey Lynn Tobin, not least of all being our mutual fondness of the X-Man Gambit. I’m looking forward to following more of her geeky, insightful posts about characters and fandom. I’m also in love with her term “pre-published author”, because that’s about the best mindset ever. Check out “A to Z Challenge Day 19: Sherlock Holmes (the High-Functioning Sociopath)” and “A to Z Challenge Day 9: Iron Man (the SmarmiestΒ Avenger)” as primers to her awesome blog! […]
I always wanted to be a writer. God has blessed me with writing blog posts. Other bloggers have been very kind to me. I appreciate your kindness toward others.

The blogging community is a genuinely wonderful thing. I’ve had a wonderful time getting to know fellow bloggers, and I’m glad to know that they’ve been good to you as well. π
Yes. It has been very good. And, now, I have another friend, in you. Please have a blessed night.
I agree with the sentiments here; I am surprised you haven’t published yet either. I do appreciate the “pre-published author” title. It is only a matter of time:-)
Oh dear! Thanks for reminding me that I have to change this! lol I actually am published now. ^_^
Nice Books!
Thanks! ^_^
I have nominated you for The Versatile Blogger Award. I have followed you along on your journey with gastrointestinal hell and sheer panic into the heart of the Alberta oil sands. Your tenacity is inspiring. I will never look at a bus ride the same. Thank you for sharing your story. The post detailing your nomination can be found on my site. Happy blogging!
Awesome, thank you so much! I’m definitely going to do my response this week. π
